What do you need to know before you rent a car in Italy?
You get a car and give it away with a full tank.
The deposit card must be in the name of the main driver and you need to have it with you physically – not enough application on the phone.
You must have a driving license with you, without a physical driving license we will not be able to give you a car. In Italy, a driving license from the mCivic application is not accepted.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car in Italy?
If you decide to take full insurance YOU WILL NOT NEED A CREDIT CARD you can use a debit card.
If you decide to take a lower insurance, you will need a credit card for a deposit.
For whom will be a good D-category car for?
This is a medium-sized car, designed for 4-5 people with a large trunk, which will come in two medium-sized suitcases.If you have more than two medium suitcases, then take this into account when traveling by car in Italy. Maybe you will need a estate car? The car is five-door. We recommend it for people traveling in four, up to five people, taking into account the size of the trunk.
PRICES
The price is a day rate, includes the basic insurance described in the offer (full casco is an additional 12 euros per day) and two drivers. Prices may be lower depending on the promotions during different periods.

Category D vehicles have a larger wheelbase than category C compact cars, thanks to which passengers have more space to travel comfortably, especially those sitting at the rear. In such a car, a family trip, even with two children in seats, will be comfortable and pleasant. In these cars, passengers will feel safe traveling not only in large Italian cities like Palermo or Rome, but even in salvatic Sardinian areas.
