CAGLIARI
A crossroad of maritime and commercial traffic, Cagliari has always been the scene of clashes for dominance in the Mediterranean. To defend the city from invasions, were built imposing bastions, impenetrable walls and impregnable towers that survived during the centuries and that you can still see today.

BASTION OF SAINT REMY
A spectacular and majestic building from the beginning of the twentieth century stands in the historic center of Cagliari, it is one of the symbols of the Sardinian capital, which has served various functions over the decades. The bastion owes its name to Baron St. Remy, the first viceroy of Piedmont.
